Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, please use the ‘contact us’ tab to let us know which items you will be returning.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed. It may take a number of days for the bank to process this.
Exchanges
We package all items carefully to protect them on their journey to you. Occasionally damage may occur to your item in transit. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged please use the ‘contact us’ page to let us know, together with a photograph of the damaged item. We will organise a replacement where possible or a refund if required.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please post your product to: 17 Chapel Lane, Claverham, Bristol BS49 4LX.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
